KwaNdebele, meaning "the home of the Ndebele", was a small contiguous
territory in central Transvaal (today's north-western most
Mpumalanga). It was granted internal self-government in
1981. It ceased to exist as a political entity on 27. April 1994 and has been incorporated into South Africa. Its flag and license plates are no longer in use.
