The Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands (T.T.P.I.) was a jurisdiction administered by the United States of America which gradually came to an end in the 1980's as the territory split up into the following four island groups:Marshall Islands - Independent since 1979
Federated States of Micronesia - Independent since 1990
Northern Mariana Islands - Commonwealth in association with the United States of America
Republic of Palau - Independent since 1994
