A space on the bottom is for a decal which identifies the plate holder as being a member of one of the following clans: Bear, Buffalo, Deer, Eagle, Elk, Fish, Pigeon, Snake, Thunder, Warrier, Water Spirit or Wolf. Applicants will be given their choice of the decal when they apply.
