Event License Plates are officially issued to mark a special event. They can be legally displayed during a specific time or for a limited period of time, sometimes along with the original license plate(s) of the vehicle. They are recognized by jurisdictions during such time.
Gabon
The meeting of the African Caribbean Pacific (ACP) Group took place in 1997 in Gabon.
Special license plates were issued to the participants.
The ACP has 78 members and many are former European colonies.
